This fantastic group of women came all the way from Moldova to engage with fellow civic-minded organizations in Colorado Springs. Through their meetings with the Pikes Peak Justice and Peace Commission and Pikes Peak United Way, they learned how they might enhance elements of volunteerism in their country. A spontaneous tour of our Pioneers Museum further demonstrated the benefits of volunteering as a means of preserving cultural and social history.
Cybersecurity professionals were emersed in this growing industry and shared dialogue surrounding the rise of artificial intelligence, the dilemma of policy and regulations, and the need for defense strategies. They met with organizations like Catalyst Campus, National Cybersecurity Center, Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center and FirmaIT Solutions to engage in discourse around these topics.
