Hilary Dussing spent over 33 years in the petroleum energy business and held numerous senior and executive level positions with several publicly traded oil and gas companies including Royal Dutch Shell and Union Pacific Resources company.

Before returning to the United States, she managed the Exploration and Production business for a private firm while living in New Zealand. She has lived and worked all over the US, Gabon (West Africa), The Netherlands, Russia and New Zealand.

Hilary has a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University and attended Harvard Business School’s Executive MBA programme.

Since returning to the US and Colorado Springs (in 2013), she is actively involved locally with St Michael’s Episcopal Church, the Colorado Springs Utilities Advisory Board and has been president of the Patty Jewett women’s golf club. She enjoys skiing, golf, biking and all types of travel.
