|Ho Thuy Ngoc is the Dean of Faculty of International Education, Foreign Trade University, Vietnam.
She has managed international programs in the University since 2010 and has over 18 years’ experience working at all levels of public education — including lecturing, advising and administrating.
Dr. Ngoc’s national and international presentations to professional group’s center on business law, sustainable economic development in Vietnam, and cross- border higher education management.
